Our group of techs will do their best to respond to your support tickets in less than 1 hour. If, however, the problem you have stumbled upon demands help from the Administrators’ =Department,= we are going to forward the ticket to the person in charge and will write a reply to tell you.

Our technical support staff will be on duty for you day–and–night to to take care of all support demand tickets that you submit. We offer customer assistance for the apps that are pre–configured on your machine. These include our in–house produced Hosting Control Panel, the preferred OS and the server management panel (in accordance with the VPS type).
An Intuitive Help Section
Each section of the Hosting Control Panel that comes gratis with your VPS provides you with an included knowledge base. One can find a bunch of descriptive how–to articles and a group of step–by–step video classes that show all the normal site management tasks. You can get access to them by clicking on the Help or Video keys in the upper right corner of each Control Panel section.
